Our clients' details will be kept on our database for all purposes connected with our engagement with the particular client and the work they have instructed us to carry out. Client details will be processed and kept secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulations. The data will not be disclosed to third parties.
The data which we collect from Clients will be used for providing our advice and services to the Client, managing and administering the business relationship with the Client, providing email updates on legal and regulatory developments that may interest the Client, providing training and pursuing the legitimate interests of Media Compliance Services LLP.
We will process Client data on the basis of consent to do so provided by the Client and/or on the basis of our legitimate interests which are: providing the requested services to the Client, managing and developing the business relationship with the Client and the management and administration of invoices and payment.
